The ideal candidate would have a primary focus on litigation, with additional opportunities in the areas of business law, real estate, bankruptcy, and estate planning. We are part of an active office suite that contains not only our firm, but also other attorneys in varying practice areas.
While we work very hard for our clients, we also make efforts to balance ourselves with the occasional taco party, baseball game, or volunteering event.
Currently, this is a flexible role of approximately 10-20 hour per week with the potential position expansion for the ambitious candidate.

- Litigation: Our established, long-time business and real estate clients often need demand letters, small claims cases, evictions, etc. At this time we turn away/refer out new matters of these types, but if the candidate so wishes, we could keep them in-house.
- Real Estate: Real Estate Closings, Residential and Commercial. Occasional drafting/review of Leases, FSBO transactions. Review of title documents, homeowners association, survey, closing documents etc.
- Business Law: Our firm is strictly flat fee and monthly fractional general counsel. Our Business clients may need anything from entity formation documents, operating agreements, corporate compliance commercial litigation, vendor contracts, leases, employment contracts, and everything in between.
- Bankruptcy: Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy intake, calculations, filings, pleadings, creditor/debtor disputes.
- Estate Planning: Wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. We currently turn away/refer out probates but could keep them in house if candidate wishes.
